OVERVIEW
The bridge will connect to the SQL server database.
REQUIREMENTS
You need to create an ODBC Data Source Name (DSN), using the SQL Server ODBC driver. The bridge will use this DSN to connect to the database.

Note that the bridge does not work with the Intersolv's ODBC driver
SUPPORT
Provide a troubleshooting package with debug log. Debug log can be set in the UI or in conf/conf.properties with MIR_LOG_LEVEL=6
